Mom’s Christmas Morning Egg Casserole

Serves: 8


Ingredients

12 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. sour cream
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
12 strips cooked and crumbled bacon

Directions

  1. Whisk together eggs and milk. Scramble eggs in butter until wet but not thoroughly cooked. Add sour cream. Pour into 9x13” pan.

  2. Sprinkle cheese on top. Add crumbled bacon. Cover and set in frig overnight. Bake in morning at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
