Classic Macaroni Salad
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained
1/2 bunch snipped chives
combination of chopped vegetables (grape tomatoes, english cucumbers, snow peas, celery, sweet onions)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients for dressing. Add elbow macaroni and chopped vegetables. Toss to coat. Cover; chill to blend flavors. Makes 15 cups.
