Italian Pasta Salad

Serves: 6-8


Ingredients

l lb. pasta, cooked, spiral or penne
1/4 lb. provolone cheese, or mozzarella, cubed
1/4 lb. pepperoni, cubed
1/4 lb. salami, cubed
2 green and red peppers, chopped
4 green onions, or 1 small onion, chopped
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 jar green olives, sliced
1 can black olives, sliced, pitted
1-2 cloves garlic, minced

Dressing:

3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
1⁄3 cup red or white wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt, or garlic salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano, or italian seasoning

Directions

Mix dressing ingredients.

Toss with all ingredients. Chill, toss again. Save a little dressing out and retoss salad before serving.
