Cheesy Potatoes
Serves: 10
Ingredients
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (I usually buy the shredded Oreida kind)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated or shredded
Topping:
1 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
1. Butter a 9x13 inch baking pan. Mix all ingredients except topping and place in pan. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. May be made ahead and refrigerated. Add extra time for baking.
